SDS Software Solutions is happy to announce the introduction of our 4th generation of daycare management software.  We would like to thank our current customers for their suggestions, and feedback as most of the new enhancements and changes to the software are a direct result of their input.  Our software is specifically written for the Windows 95 / 98 / NT / 2000 / XP / Vista operating systems.  

The Multi-Site software is identical to the DayCare Information Systems PRO 2004 for Centers, with the exception of being able to maintain a complete database for multiple centers on just 1 computer.  For details on the abilities of the DayCare Information Systems PRO 2004 for Centers software click HERE.

The Multi-Site version of the DayCare Information Systems PRO 2004 for Centers allows the "home office" of a chain of daycare centers to maintain a copy of - or to do the data entry of all their centers from one central location.  If purchased in conjunction with the DayCare Information Systems PRO 2004 for Centers then it is possible to place the software into your center(s), and then the centers can simply email you their data files for the home office to examine within the Multi-Site version of the software.

When starting the software you are prompted to specify the center you wish to work with (click HERE to view picture of startup), and then once selected you will have full control over that center's files, and only that center.  Once you have finished with that center you simply log off that center, and into a different one if desired..  

Each center's records are kept separate from each other's, and once you have selected the center all operation of the software is exactly the same as the DayCare Information Systems PRO 2004 for Centers.

Other functions for the Multi-Site version of the software is for the business person who does the records / books for multiple daycare's - this makes it simple to maintain an unlimited number of client daycare's within just this one software package!
